Purchases & Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, all sales of workshops, readings, digital products, and other services purchased directly from Guided By Spirits are final and non-refundable. Please review the details of an offering carefully before purchasing.
If Guided By Spirits cancels an event or is unable to provide a service you have purchased, you will receive a refund or, when appropriate, the option to transfer your payment to another offering.
If you experience a problem with a purchase, please contact Guided By Spirits so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.
Purchases made through third-party retailers or platforms are subject to the terms, policies, and refund procedures of those providers.
Workshops, Events & Digital Access
Details such as dates, times, materials, recordings, and access to digital resources will be provided with the individual offering.
Access to workshop recordings, meditations, videos, downloads, and other digital materials is for the purchaser's personal use only. Access links and purchased materials may not be shared with others.
Guided By Spirits reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an event or offering when necessary, including changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, online events, recordings, or other digital services. If a technical problem within our reasonable control prevents you from receiving something you purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to provide access or another appropriate solution.
Readings & Private Sessions
Private readings are available only to individuals aged 18 or older.
When readings or other private sessions are offered, appointment availability may be limited. Unless otherwise stated for a particular offering, purchases of private sessions are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please contact Guided By Spirits as soon as possible. Rescheduling, when available, is at the discretion of Guided By Spirits and is not guaranteed.
Readings and intuitive guidance reflect impressions, possibilities, and perspectives offered at the time of the session. No particular result, prediction, or outcome is guaranteed.
